Colorado Society of CPAs in Online Business Directory
The Board of Directors is the Colorado Society of CPAs governing body. It controls CSCPA funds and property, supervises CSCPA affairs, and is responsible for statements of position to the public, budget approval, and other major policy matters. The Board consists of eleven members—the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Immediate Past Chair who serve one-year terms—and six directors who serve two-year terms. CEO Mary E. Medley is the corporate secretary. One director is a non-CPA public member.
