A few years later I found that way, and started my own CPA Review course. Our methods must be working! From that first class in 1977, with only 13 students, we are now the largest CPA Review course in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. I ve chosen to put our efforts into improving the quality of our course material. I ve relied on word-of-mouth referrals from our successful students for our marketing. On a more personal note, I am a teacher in the truest sense of the word. I believe in teaching concepts, not blind memorization. My job isn t done until the concepts are understood, and the application for answering questions is successful. Everyone who teaches for me shares this same philosophy.
