Overlap in Online Business Directory

Overlap was founded in 1996 by Bill Chennault, who determined that within the mutual fund industry, there were no practical means for measuring the overlap of assets among funds. Chennault began work on a software program to change that situation. That effort grew into the Overlap proprietary software originally issued on floppy disk. Overlap was granted patent #5,930,774 on this program -- which has become a success story among both financial advisors and the national financial press. The patents on the software have allowed the company to continue developing more investment tools, such as bond fund and variable annuity analyses.
