Operating from its head office in Mumbai; Parekh Group expanded further from its first production premises in Mumbai to Taloja and then to Daman. But it was in the year 1999 when the group achieved a major break-through in mass production of lamination through its 50,000 sq. ft. giant production unit at Daman; a state-of-the-art production site with fully automatic computerized manufacturing systems and latest technologies. In subsequent years Parekh Group markedly increased its technical capability and manufacturing facilities with new adqusitions and continuously improving its manufacturing technology. Today the group holds a market share of well over 60% and a capacity to produce approx 15,000MT of core lamination per annum. Its major turnover is derived through serving the domestic power industry of India; however with consistent demand from the international markets, the group also exports to countries in the Middle East Asia, South East Asia, Africa and North America.
