Any delivered unit is checked and documented in our test bay with calibrated measuring equipment for the adherence of the warranted properties. Our production facilities for printed circuit boards allow the production in wired as well as in SMD or mixed placement. With semi-automatic placement boards and cimputer-aided component testers we can test modules and printed circuit boards fastly and efficiently. Manually placed PCBs are soldered in our wave solder facility and automatedly placed SMD board in our reflow solder facility. The entire production line as well as the handling of components, beginning at the byuing department up to the complete module, will be adapted and performed conformly to RoHS (lead-free soldering and non-polluting disposal) from 2006 on.
