January 2004 saw PowerPax pushing the envelope further with the addition of US$9 million worth of production equipment at their far eastern production facility, thus maintaining the continuous improvement of price & quality which PowerPax offer. The equipment, which ensures extremely high M.T.B.F figures and product reliability, includes automated coil winding, plastic injection & tooling machines which help to raise the production capacity to 2,000,000 pieces per month of the linear power supplies and 500,000 pieces per month for switch mode power supplies.
