The merger of these two highly successful companies brought together graphic design for printing, billboards, and signs of Itsi-Bitsi with radio and television production services of Express Entertainment. Since its creation in 1995 Tantrum has provided web hosting and design, and has become a nationally recognized, award winning agency catering to the unique needs and budgets of small businesses and non-profit organizations. With corporate headquarters in Del Rio, Texas, Tantrum is able to keep operational costs low.
