When ISM was established in 1991, the need for specialized IT staff was just starting to become a major business issue for many Thai companies. Everyone needed skilled staff and contractors for IT projects, yet there was no efficient way to easily contact and interview a pool of prescreened candidates to match a specific technical job description. ISM became the first ITonly placement agency in Thailand.
